About Harlan & Voss Law
Sarah Harlan and Peter Voss met at Rutgers Law and opened the firm in 2009 after several years at larger practices in Newark and Philadelphia. They wanted a firm where clients speak to their attorney, not a call center, and where the fee is known before the work begins. The firm has closed more than 1,400 residential transactions and drafted estate plans for several hundred central New Jersey families.

Calls and emails are answered by the attorney on your matter, usually the same day.
Fees you know up front
Flat fees for closings, wills, and formations. Hourly work comes with a written estimate.
We tell you when to walk away
If a deal or a dispute isn’t worth pursuing, we say so.
