Questions clients ask

What does a real estate closing cost?

Our flat fee for a standard residential purchase or sale is quoted in writing before you sign the retainer.

Do I need a will if I have a small estate?

Almost always yes — it names guardians, avoids intestacy rules, and makes probate simpler for your family.

How long does an LLC take?

Usually one week from our first meeting to a filed entity, EIN, and signed operating agreement.

Is the first consultation free?

The first 20-minute call is free. If we take the matter, the consultation fee is credited to your work.
